Energy Analysing: SJG Services can provide our client with power monitoring surveys, to obtain power consumptions of buildings, voltage, kilo watt ratings of their existing supplies, from these reports we are able to advise our clients the best way to purchase their electricity with the various utility companies, advise on schemes to reduce their power consumptions.
Facilities Management support: We are able to assist our clients with the need to carry out this busy function.
Condition Surveys: SJG can provide our clients with building condition survey.
Building Services
Reactive maintenance: SJG offer a reactive maintenance service 24hrs a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Planned maintenance: SJG offers a planned maintenance service covering all aspects of planned maintenance work. Providing all schedules, programming, asset registers and H & S information.
Carpentry: SJG offers a bespoke service to our clients to make one off projects.
General building works: SJG general building works covers, decoration works, joinery, glazing, roofing, flooring and dry lining.
Grounds Maintenance: SJG can offer a design and installation service and a complete maintenance service.
Cleaning: SJG offers a maintenance contract cleaning services.
SJG also offers a competitive tendering service for all works where required.
All building staff are fully qualified or have served approved apprenticeships for their specific trade.
All sub-contractors are fully vetted to meet the clients and SJG requirements.

Planned maintenance: SJG offers a planned maintenance service covering all aspects of planned maintenance work, this will include BS7671 5 yearly annual test and inspection of electrical services.
Fire Alarms: We can offer to our clients Fire alarm design, installations, maintenance to BS 5839 part 1 2002.
Emergency Lighting: we can offer our clients emergency lighting design, installations and maintenance to BS 5266 part 1 1999.
Control Panels: we can offer our clients bespoke control panels either designed by us or by yourselves.
Access controls: We can offer to our clients access controls design, installations, maintenance.
CCTV: We can offer to our clients CCTV design, installations, maintenance
Condition surveys: SJG can provide specialist electrical supply surveys, quantifying the loading for each building, floor or unit. Reports and recommendations.
SJG can also provided support in the purchase and delivery of major fuels.

Sewage Installations: SJG can offer maintenance contracts for all sewage lifting stations, this also includes for surface water stations and inceptor chambers, we carry out pump chamber maintenance as laid down by the water authorities, as well as an emergency service.
Air conditioning: we can provide the service threw our sub-contractor for our clients.
Gas Services: we can provide the service threw our sub-contractor for our clients.
